I cook with care, seasonality, and creativity
For me, cooking is an act of care and creativity—a way to honor ingredients, tell stories, and bring people together around something beautiful and nourishing.
I draw on 25+ years of fine-dining experience
I learned to cook in school in Portland, Oregon, and I blossomed in some of the best restaurants in NYC. I still keep learning every day—from ingredients, cuisines, and the chefs I’m lucky to work alongside.
I stay present and let the ingredients lead
My secret in the kitchen is staying present—letting intuition, experience, and the ingredient in front of me guide the process while leaving space for creativity to shine.

Chef Peter’s meal was such a fantastic treat to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday! The courses; appetizer, starter, main and dessert, looked beautiful set in front of us and was delicious with every bite. The heirloom tomatoes were sweet and juicy and the steak we had was cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for a memorable evening meal, I highly recommend hiring Chef Peter!
